We were really happy with the location and cleanliness of this place, but unfortunately, our room situation was a bit of a nightmare. We booked a single room with a private bathroom and two other rooms with a free upgrade to a family superior room, but what we got was a single room with a shared bathroom and two other rooms with shared bathrooms. It took us ages to sort it out with the reception, and to be honest, the guy at the reception didn't speak much English, which made things even harder.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right across from a museum and about a 15-minute walk away if you know the shortcut. Ask the reception staff for directions, they'll be happy to help. The rooms are spotless, and I think the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. It's a great value for what you get.

The hotel's location is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, the room itself was really comfortable, with a great mattress and a decent TV. The bed was a highlight, to be honest - it was one of the comfiest I've slept in at a budget hotel. But the real letdown was the street the hotel is on - it's pretty dirty and poorly lit, which wasn't exactly the most reassuring thing to see when I arrived late at night.

We stayed in one of the many hotels in this building, ours was on the second floor. The real highlight was the rooftop terrace on the sixth floor, which offered stunning views of the new museum and the pyramids. We had breakfast there every morning. Our host, Ali, was super helpful, suggesting lots of excursions and even organizing our day trip to Saqqara. He's a genuinely nice and honest guy, and we're grateful for his help.
