The welcome was great, the beds were super comfy, fans were provided because of the heat, the shower was nice, and breakfast and tea were also offered.

Breakfast options were plentiful, the place stayed very clean, the facilities were excellent, and the décor was tastefully done.

The location is within walking distance of the Rowley race course and a 5‑minute taxi ride to the July course; the owner was easy to contact and answered questions quickly; the rooms were clean and very comfortable, so I would recommend it to family and friends.
