I had a fantastic time and ended up staying longer than I planned. It’s a lovely spot on the desert edge but still within walking distance of town. The hosts are very nice and friendly, they cook great food at a fair price, and we camped in the dunes with Madani. Loved the cats and the camel roaming around.

If you’re into luxury hotels, this isn’t it. We had a great time at Madani, which turned a little desert oasis into a real experience with its nomadic skill and tenacity—a nice break in our trip. Call when you arrive in the village so he can pick you up. The trail has some sandy spots but it’s fine. Also, Google doesn’t point you to the right spot.

Beautiful location, very quiet and close to nature, the staff is warm and welcoming, and for the low price you get a big adventure and lifelong memories.

It’s a paradise, an oasis, with animals—including a female camel—creative touches all over the chill‑out zone, and most importantly a host who can take you into the desert or teach you a lot about permaculture and the locals. They even helped us when our small car got stuck in the sand on the way there! Watch out for your food in the room—animals can be sneaky, who ate that cookie?

The hospitality quality, the hosts’ huge availability and kindness, their willingness to always help and meet expectations, the warm vibe, the great breakfasts and meals, the serenity of the site, the very calm location yet still close to M’Hamid, the invitation to discover the life‑source oasis project, and the hosts’ knowledge of desert living—all summed up in an amazing place and a meeting with extraordinary, endearing people. Everything was just perfect!
