The location was lovely and quiet with fabulous views from every room. The washer was great and there was a clothes hanger to dry them. We received a warm welcome from our lovely host upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the TV had many channels.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the communication was immaculate—friendly and welcoming. Instructions were crystal clear, covering parking and entry. A huge assortment of local activity pamphlets and recommended restaurants were provided, along with a well‑stocked cupboard of condiments. There was absolutely nothing to fault.

The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment was stunning with great facilities. It felt very homely and welcoming, extremely comfortable, and well presented, with every aspect of the stay considered. We loved it and wished we could stay longer—everything was perfect.

The whare was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We stayed when it was -1 °C, yet the place felt warm and cozy. The deck view was amazing; we woke up to the brightest sunrise, and even the rain and fog offered beautiful vistas. You get to see the whole of Rotorua, making it worth every penny just to sit and enjoy that view. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We liked everything; a suggestion for colder weather would be to add a dryer.
