The pool was full of dirt and I couldn't get in. The next day they told me it was ready, but it still wasn't. I chose this hotel because it had a pool, yet during my stay I couldn't use it.

The service was friendly. We were assigned a 'suite' next to the pipes for four days, with a hellish noise especially at night, and the worst part was that when I complained at reception they said they didn't know it was the pipes until I found out the pipes were attached to the room wall, and an 83‑year‑old lady couldn't sleep. I asked for a room change and at least two days if we stayed.

The hotel was tidy and well‑located, but the website showed fake photos and advertised a spa that doesn't exist, which is why I ended up booking elsewhere.
