We loved the place, the house details, the gardening—everything was gorgeous and tidy, as beautiful as the Canastra scenery. Breakfast was flawless! Juliana gave clear, timely instructions and great tips. Even though we arrived late, check‑in went smoothly. Ten out of ten!

Everything was great. The location is excellent. The place is very peaceful. The room met our needs perfectly. The team is outstanding. Josi makes delicious snacks and an amazing breakfast, and she is very kind and friendly. The owners, Juliana and Antônio, are pleasant, helpful, and we had many enjoyable and fruitful conversations with them. Nothing was unsatisfactory.

Getting there is easy, close to the city center yet in a quiet spot with a lovely view of the Canastra mountains. The rooms are large, spacious, and fragrant. Breakfast is superb with Josi’s treats! The cheese bread and pamonha she makes are luxurious! The doors and windows could use screens so you can leave them open without letting in many bugs (rubber bugs and mosquitoes are common in the morning and late afternoon). The pillows weren’t very comfortable. These points weren’t major problems, just suggestions for improvement.

The location is good, on the ferry road just near the entrance to Delfinópolis. Because it’s a bit away from town and on a lower slope than the road, it’s very quiet and lets you see a star‑filled sky when the lights go out. The included breakfast is excellent, lovingly prepared by Josi. It’s pricier than other inns, but the nature contact, nighttime silence, and starry sky make it worth it.
