“Out of expectation”
The bedsheet was irritating—my skin got itchy as soon as I touched it. The bathroom only had curtains, no blinds, and there was no shampoo or towel. I didn’t stay at the hotel; I left after checking the room.

The mattress was soft. No negatives.

Check‑in and check‑out were easy. The hotel is mediocre, but the price is cheap, so it’s acceptable.

The staff were good, 24‑hour access, and it’s close to the highway. The shower hose in the bathroom was broken, cigarette smell entered the room through the corridor, there was a glass over the head of the bed, the lift wasn’t working, and the stairs area wasn’t clean.

The water temperature fluctuated from cool to hot; I hope they can fix the inconsistent hot water supply. The bed in room 208 sank in the middle, making it hard to sleep. The mattress was sagging, too lumpy, and the springs had lost tension and were weak.
