The location is fantastic and convenient for everything. The rooms are comfortable, well‑furnished, and clean. The staff are very kind, and to our surprise they gifted us brioche and cappuccino, probably because the coffee machine in the room wasn’t working. The coffee machine in the room was reported as non‑functional and the staff replied they were aware and waiting for management to fix it; I suggest removing it if it doesn’t work. The check‑in was done in the bar below, between services, which isn’t the best welcome, but it’s forgivable!

The room was generously designed and nicely furnished. The location is great—very central. The “Rathaus” parking garage is only a few minutes’ walk away. We didn’t have breakfast, but the price included a hot drink and a sweet croissant, which we found very generous. We’ll come back.

Great location, very nice, absolutely clean room, very friendly staff, and we really felt at home. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone. A very good and affordable parking garage with a charging station is only three minutes away. We booked without breakfast and were invited for coffee and filled croissants. Everything was great!
