How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms were clean and the location was great. The ladies running the guesthouse were very nice too, but having only two gender‑divided shared bathrooms felt a bit restrictive, and sometimes you had to wait for one to open. I get why they separate genders, but unisex bathrooms would be better.

Don’t stay here if you don’t want to be harassed by the cleaning lady!! At the beginning all good, good space with a.c and ok cleaning wit all the facilities. The cleaning lady was harassing us to get out of the room since 10 am then at 11:40 MIND YOU THE CHECK OUT IS WRITTENG IN BOOKING AT 12:30!! she open the door when I was in the bathroom and entered without authorization when all my personal belongings where there and started screaming at us in Russian then she says go go and didn't let us close the door she almost push me to let me out and mind you the check out was written in booking by at 12:30 and it was 11:45 at that time. She was saying this Indian has to go or something like that in Russian and I find it really racist I'm from Chile and even if I was from India using to diss respect us is not good I had a violent cleaning leady screaming at us noting nice. The receptionist guy the only one that speaks English told he but he didn’t do anything he didn’t took her out she continued harassing us until I was able to close the door. We felt violated of our rights so don’t come here if you want to suffer this bad treatment

There are a lot of long‑term guests, but the place is still well managed and good overall. The shops below that fix cars give off a strong smell of gasoline.

We came as a group of nearly 20 students and teachers, and it was one of the most uncomfortable stays I’ve had. The listing promised an English‑speaking person, but nobody spoke English; we communicated almost entirely in Russian. We were also moved to a different accommodation than the one we booked. The facilities were inadequate for a large group: only one men’s toilet, one women’s toilet, and one shower. We were scolded for using the bathroom or shower early or late, even when we were quiet. The kitchen had only a few chairs and not enough dishes. New rules appeared during our stay, making us feel constantly restricted. The biggest disappointment was the last day: after checking out, we returned to collect our luggage and urgently needed the toilet. I politely asked to use it just once, but they refused outright. Overall, the atmosphere felt very rigid and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place for large groups or for travelers who don’t speak Russian.
