How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The beds were very comfortable and the room was very pleasant and well decorated, with extra space to create several areas: a dressing area, a table with chairs, and a sink (note that we had a private room for two people). Even though it’s very close to Osaka Castle, we didn’t like the area much because it’s next to a very busy highway and halfway between two subway stops.

The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made communication a lot easier. After we checked in, we were even allowed to shower again and use the towels. The lobby was also cozy! The rooms are small but absolutely sufficient. They’re also clean and you have everything you need. The location is great.

Overall, everything is very good. I was assigned a bed facing the street and there’s a lot of traffic noise.
