Everything was fantastic overall, but I wish the service and housekeeping had been a bit more attentive. The place itself felt great, just the treatment and cleaning could use a little boost.

Eva’s tiny kitchen served up a delicious dinner and breakfast for eight, and her welcome was genuinely warm—maybe a touch over‑enthusiastic. The food was tasty, but she kept chatting in Russian throughout the meals, which made it hard for the other guests to have a conversation.

The breakfast spread was impressively hearty, giving me plenty to start the day. Unfortunately, the rest of the facilities left a lot to be desired.

Eva greeted us with a very warm welcome, the house feels like a classic, authentic home, and you can enjoy excellent homemade cuisine right on the property.

The location is perfect for visiting the famous Haghpat monasteries and the nature views are stunning; Yeva is incredibly kind and does everything she can for travelers. The only downside was the bed comfort, which could definitely be improved.
