Great location and a lively hostel in terms of events; I loved the kitchen and the chance to use that space without a time limit, which is very convenient. The shower in the bathroom I used didn’t cool down and the issue wasn’t fixed after I reported it to the attendant, so the showers were very hot in the heat. The air‑conditioning only worked at one temperature, getting very cold at night if you left it on. The room light also needs to be replaced.

A super comfortable, warm, and clean hostel. They made several improvements during my stay, and it always looked nicer. The hostel team was very friendly and took care of the experience. There are various free activities for guests, but the vibe stays relaxed and calm.

The atmosphere, all the volunteers are great. Alejandro runs it well, Ceci does an extraordinary job building community, making you feel welcome. Agusto, Tiago, Lena… ALL the volunteers are awesome ❤️

The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel like part of the community, even though I didn’t speak the local language; I met a lot of people. The facilities were amazing and the location was great.

The whole team was wonderful, from manager Ale to Carlos, Thiago, Vale, and everyone else; they were always attentive to what guests needed. They keep improving details, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. I chose them on a friend’s recommendation and I’d recommend them too! Thanks for such a lovely experience, see you next trip!
