Grand Terme Hotel

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, to say the least. Unfortunately, everything about my experience fell short of expectations.

“SLECHT!!”

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise against staying here. The staff were incredibly rude, and there was a huge mistake with the room booking - they listed it as a double room, but it turned out to be a single. When I called ahead to clarify, they told me to book it anyway. To make matters worse, they asked for payment upon arrival and again after check-out, despite having already been paid.

I was disappointed by the complete lack of interest or enthusiasm from the staff. Communication with them was almost non-existent, which made for a very frustrating experience.

“Hôtel insalubre et en travaux”

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay, as everything seemed to go wrong. Unfortunately, I didn't experience any positives during my visit.
