This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at: no cleanliness, the washroom sheet was damaged, walls were dirty, and the bedsheet had a bad smell. We never recommend it and lodged a complaint for a refund. We checked out two hours after check‑in. Everything was subpar; it was marketed as a couple’s hotel, but it’s not suitable for families or anyone else.

“Avoid at all costs - Pictures wildly inaccurate”

The staff were unhelpful, Wi‑Fi and air‑con were broken, the photos were AI‑generated and didn’t match reality, the furniture was rotten, and there was no soap or shower gel. I only stayed because of an important meeting the next day, and I would never return.

The location and service were decent, but the information given was wrong and set up high expectations that were not met. First, it’s not a 4‑star hotel but a lodge, and the photos are misleading—most are over ten years old and don’t reflect the current state. Second, the place was dirty: cockroaches in the bathroom, an old bedsit with stained towels, no soap, TV, or hangers. Third, the lift doesn’t work, so you have to carry everything up the stairs.

“Pathetic Hotel”

I found nothing worth mentioning – no Wi‑Fi, no TV, no hot water, a broken shower, damaged walls, and the place was infested with cockroaches and mosquitoes.

Had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. The staff truly stood out very kind, friendly, and always available whenever I called. The service was top-notch, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommended! 😊
