Kelwin was super friendly and helpful, the pool was refreshingly cool at the perfect temperature, and breakfast hit the spot – tasty and plentiful. Nothing negative to mention.

We had told them we'd be about an hour late coming from Barranquilla, confirmed the new arrival time, but when we got there the front desk was locked and nobody answered the phone. Ended up with no room and a lot of frustration – the lack of empathy was surprising.

Went back hoping for the same level we’d had before, but the place felt rundown and chaotic. The “double” bed turned out to be two singles pushed together, the mattress was stiff, a blanket was stained and the towels smelled off, all for a price that felt too high. On top of that, loud music from other guests kept us up until 1 a.m., and the owner didn’t intervene.

Breakfast was decent, but the rest fell short – there was no jacuzzi, the pool was out of order, and the bathroom was dirty, not matching what was advertised.
