The staff were very friendly and the hotel was nice for its price. The balcony had a bed bug, and the food kept repeating the same dishes.

The only positive thing is that the air conditioning worked. I didn’t like the room at all. It was dirty, with damaged and broken furniture. I also didn’t like the service. I was even told that the towels are only changed every three days. The Wi-Fi costs extra and, on top of that, the connection is extremely poor. As for the food, don’t even get me started. Despite booking an all-inclusive package, we only ate there twice during our 10-day stay. The housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room unless I specifically asked them to, or sometimes unless I gave them a tip. Apparently, they don’t clean the rooms at all on Sundays. The entertainment was almost nonexistent. The hotel’s private beach is definitely decent, but it’s about an 18-minute walk from the hotel

“Alt i alt vildt dårlig oplevelse.”

The mineral water was okay. The room was dirty, no cleaning, and the staff were not particularly friendly, except for one bartender who was very nice. The drinks weren't good, and the pool hours were short.

The food is good, the location is good, there are good facilities, and it’s clean and tidy. Wi‑Fi in rooms costs extra, and free internet for guests is only available on the ground floor lobby.
