“Extrem schlecht”
The place was dirty, no hot water, the tap didn’t work, the AC couldn’t be adjusted, and bugs kept flying in through the window crack; it was the worst hotel during our Indonesian holiday.
The place was comfortable and clean, worth the price, yet there were no toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush) and no tea or coffee provided.
The AC was a bit too warm; otherwise everything was pretty good and could be improved a bit more.
The room was fine, but the shower was broken.
The room smelled stale, though the kids’ room was fine; the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the shower flow was tiny. I hope management can improve the service.
