The apartment was quiet and well arranged, and the host went out of their way to care for us; I had an excellent night on a cycling trip.
Christian was very friendly, the apartment cozy, no breakfast but centrally located. We rode our bikes and arrived wet; Christian washed the clothes and we could dry them in the cozy apartment. It was a very pleasant stay, and there was a bike parking spot.

This was a very convenient and well‑equipped apartment. I was welcomed even though I was far ahead of the scheduled time. I could, as planned, store my bike overnight. The location is quiet near the left bank city center but farther from the historic center of Châtellerault. Nothing else.
We were looking for a last‑minute two‑night stay near the Futuroscope, about 20‑30 minutes by car, and we were delighted with our stay. The host, Christian, who lives on site in the main house, welcomed us warmly. It was perfect for two adults and two children, the street was very quiet, the bedding was good, and we felt comfortable right away.
The place was quiet, the host very kind and discreet, I recommend it. There were not enough kitchen utensils, like a large enough colander for four, a hair dryer, otherwise nothing to say; the host was great and the location calm, I recommend it.
