The staff were extremely friendly. We had a double‑bedroom, but one of the beds lacked a mattress protector, even though the linens were clean.

The staff were average, no basic English, no invoice issued because they claimed Booking handled it; overall poor. The room near the server was noisy, but we managed to change rooms. Rooms were tidy and nice, but the surroundings were very mediocre. Good for a quick stay, but otherwise not recommended. I could write more about the service, the loud server next to the rooms, the staff lacking communication, and the fact that documents couldn't be issued, only whole days denied.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming and attentive, which made my parents’ stay especially pleasant. I would particularly like to recognize Elahe for her exceptional helpfulness and kindness. She went above and beyond to assist my parents throughout their stay and made sure they felt comfortable and taken care of. Her patience, warmth, and willingness to help truly stood out. It is clear that she genuinely cares about the guests’ experience, and her support made a real difference for my parents

I liked that it was close to many restaurants we could eat at. I didn't like that the room had no bar fridge as shown in the picture and we had to ask them many times to clean the room. We had no options to choose from for breakfast; we had one breakfast for the whole 10 days we stayed with them. There was no wifi; you could only access it around 1 am and it was too slow.
