The staff were helpful and friendly, yet the bathroom fittings were completely broken and unusable, the water was awful and stank, and we booked a room with a bathtub that we never received because it was under maintenance.

The staff were cordial and the location was okay, but insects filled the entire room, the bathroom was very dirty, and the room smelled bad.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that I paid a whopping 4000 rupees for what felt like a basic guest house experience. I had high hopes for the presidential suite, but what I got was a room that was still not ready when I arrived, way past the check-in time. And to make matters worse, there were no basic facilities available - no toiletries, no tea or coffee, and no kettle.

I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it was a bit of a letdown. The staff seemed completely unresponsive to any issues I had, which was frustrating. On top of that, they had a pretty unusual policy of stopping breakfast service at 9 am, which I'd never seen before.
