The camp was lush and green, and since we were alone it felt quiet and pleasant. The staff were very friendly. The entrance to Chobe Park had a small perch to cross toward Kasane via the Chobe Riverfront.

A very well-located campsite – ideal as a stopover when travelling south towards Savuti or Moremi, or on the way to Namibia. The pitches are on well-kept grass and have electricity and barbecue facilities. A special touch is the hot shower, with the water traditionally heated by a wood-fired boiler. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and provides lots of useful information and great tips about onward travel, the national parks and everything else you need to know for your trip. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely stay again!

The green lawn was lovely, the ablution facilities were clean and well equipped, hot water and power worked fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the reference books on birds, Botswana and Namibia. Overall, the camping setup was great.
