Breakfast was among the best we encountered while touring Puglia, with an outstanding selection and quality. The location is ideal for visiting and exploring Ostuni. The pool isn’t heated, so we only managed to dip our feet in it, but we still enjoyed sitting beside it with a pre‑dinner drink.

We spent a wonderful stay at Dimora dei Semplici, a charming place in Puglia where tradition’s beauty meets meticulous attention to detail. We stayed in a trullo surrounded by a lovingly cared‑for park. Elena is an extraordinary host; together with her team she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and a constant smile, making us feel truly at home. The kitchen is another delight: daily breakfasts varied and expertly prepared, and dinners were delicious, passionately crafted, and ready to accommodate guests’ wishes. It’s a refined, authentic place where tranquility is felt and true luxury of simplicity is discovered. Thanks to Elena and all her staff for giving us a special stay; we can’t wait to return.

A paradise on earth. Beautiful garden, lovely pools, calm and soft piano music. The owner is super friendly and eager to help everywhere. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with homemade bread. One small detail: a kettle and tea in the room would be the cherry on top.
