They gave us a room with a Jacuzzi even though we had booked a standard, which we appreciated. The room wasn’t well insulated from noise. There was a bad smell probably from the bathroom, and there were many ants on the floor.

I liked that the location was central, the beaches and restaurants were a 10‑minute walk away, and they let us check out late, which we thank them for. Once when we needed a towel, they sent it to our room late at night, and when we asked for a taxi on departure, they arranged it. First I have to mention that this is a newly opened hotel. Taxi drivers often don’t know the hotel and have to be told “annex” or they’ll drop you straight at Atlantis Hotel (that’s what happened on the first day). To check in you must go to the Atlantis Hotel building; the check‑in is done there, and for breakfast you also walk from the annex to that building because breakfast is served at Atlantis Hotel. There’s about a 100‑meter walk between the two hotels. On the first day we went straight to the annex, there was no staff at the reception, and most of the time there wasn’t anyone either, but we could reach the main building staff 24/7 by phone. The main building had a keypad at the door. The reception had newly moved staff and unpacked items, so we realized it was a new hotel. We waited to enter the room; it took exactly 45 minutes for the key to arrive, and after that 45‑minute wait we could enter. For the next two days we didn’t ask for housekeeping, and on the third day we removed the “do not disturb” sign and went to the beach.
