Loved the location and the owners were easy to talk to. The only downside was the pool water – the chlorine was way too strong.

Staff were awesome, breakfast was a treat and the hotel sits right in the heart of Pipa, close to all the bars and restaurants. The room was supposed to have a balcony, but it wasn’t available when we checked in, and getting to it meant climbing a lot of stairs.

The place is in the center of Pipa and the people were very welcoming, even arranging our check‑in early. Breakfast was good. We wanted a sea‑front apartment, but none were free, and the parking exit was a bit tricky for my truck.

Spot on location, everything nearby. Breakfast was great and they’re careful with food safety – all covered. Clean, friendly staff, comfy mattresses and fresh sheets and towels, plus free parking. The only gripe: shower water was weak and the bathroom could use a facelift.
