“gran lugar para un par de dias”
Check‑in was self‑service, and the room was spacious and practical. No one was available to provide supplies, and there were no towels even though we brought our own.

The room was super comfortable, but this place isn’t really a hotel; it’s more like an apartment rental with no reception or on‑site manager. The staff only came when asked, taking about 15 minutes to arrive after we got there, and I hadn’t told them my arrival time because I assumed it was a hotel.

The location is great and there are shops nearby, and transport is easy to find. However, because there’s no staff in the building, it feels a bit awkward opening the doors with the lockboxes; they should all be electronic like the main one.

The suite was really beautiful and comfortable, with a closet, two nightstands, a TV and a spacious bathroom that had excellent hot‑water pressure; the kitchen was fully equipped, functional, with a fridge and a tiny dining area for two, and the room itself had a TV, a closet and a super comfy bed. Oscar was attentive, kindly gave me extra blankets and pillows and promptly swapped out a hard sofa‑bed for a proper bed – his quick response to the sofa‑bed issue was amazing and I’m very grateful; I was in town for surgery and his help made everything far better than expected, we rested and felt at home for a week, and he even let us store our luggage for two hours after checkout. Communication was constant and spot‑on. The only downside was that the room never got cleaned even once during our seven‑night stay, and the street noise from cars outside the corner room could have been reduced with thicker or double‑glazed windows.

The proximity to many points of interest is a plus, but the bed is small.
