The stay did not match the photos, and the room had become smaller, damaging the customer’s expectation of the value purchased online. I plan to file a complaint with consumer protection, providing on‑site photos and actual photos for comparison, suspecting fraud. The housekeeping staff, failing at their job, argued loudly with the guest, then reversed the blame and followed the guest to the front desk to flip the narrative.

The place is beautiful and the staff are kind.

They were very flexible—once the room was ready we could check in early, which was great, and the room and bathroom were both spacious. It was a shame the jacuzzi didn’t work, but the other facilities, while not brand new, functioned fine and offered good value for money.
