“Não agradável”

When I arrived the room I had booked was no longer available, so the staff redirected me to a larger one, which was a good solution. The facilities were somewhat basic: the hot shower wasn’t working, the internet was down, and when I tried to brush my teeth and shower in the morning there was no water, and no one was there to address it. Since I was already about to leave, I had to handle it that way. Overall, given the cheap price I think it would be better to spend a bit more elsewhere; I definitely wouldn’t return.

“Zero...zero”

This is a back‑of‑the‑house house on a dangerous street in Fonseca, under a red command. The rooms are rented with no comfort at all—horrible. It has no name on the street, not even a bed and breakfast or hotel.

The owner of this place is super friendly and it's in a great spot, close to a bakery, market, and bus stop - that's really convenient.

The attendant was nice, I'll give it that. But that's where the positives end - this place isn't a pousada, it's a total disaster. No water, no soda, not even a bottle of coffee to be found. It's a shame, really, because with a bit of effort it could be something.
