“Muy muy malo”
Location is good. The maintenance is poor, the breakfast is a disaster, and there is noise in the rooms; I would never return.
The staff were attentive. The pool needs more cleaning.
The AC didn't work at all, making it very uncomfortable. If stairs are an issue, request a ground‑floor room; we were assigned a top‑floor room—8 flights of stairs!
The staff were attentive. The pool cleaning is lacking.
I stayed for just one night, and everything was neglected.
