The water villa was gorgeous, with breathtaking lagoon views, and the water slide was a highlight that made the stay extra special. The crystal‑clear lagoon was perfect for swimming and relaxing, and we loved spending time around the villa. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. What bothered us was that the wooden support braces under the villa were damaged and some looked disconnected, causing the unit to move noticeably – a safety concern that needs proper inspection and repair. We were also disappointed by the rigid late‑check‑out policy; other resorts usually accommodate a little extra time if available, but here we had to leave exactly on schedule. Another letdown was having to pay in full before arrival, which made the experience feel less flexible and guest‑friendly.
