I’m pretty disappointed; the booking said no upfront payment, yet a few days before arrival I got a message saying I needed to pay or the reservation would be lost. I missed the notice, they cancelled my booking and claimed there were no rooms left, so I never even got to check in. It felt like a very sloppy handling of the reservation.
