“Una buona soluzione nel centro di Salerno”

The property is in a great spot right in front of the Salerno cathedral. The room, though small, is very clean and well-equipped. Check‑in was punctual and easy. There’s a tidy shared kitchen with some packaged items for guests. The hallway light with a photocell switch has a noticeable delay, sometimes forcing you to walk in the dark through the corridor and common areas. Overall it’s a solid place worth recommending.

“Disappointing, left after first night”

The host kept in touch, but the place felt unsafe: the entrance hall was poorly lit, uneven, and full of stairs, causing my son to tumble as soon as we stepped in. The apartment seemed fine at first glance, yet a closer look revealed it wasn’t clean; the bedding was worn and we woke up with bites on our legs. The sink and shower didn’t drain and were dirty, while the air‑conditioning unit leaked water all over the floor. I let the host know, and they replied and tried to fix the problems, but it was too little, too late. I was there with my two kids and felt very vulnerable. We had booked four nights but left after one, had to scramble for emergency accommodation that didn’t respond, and ended up out of pocket. I would not recommend this place or return.
