The staff were really helpful and friendly 😊❤️, but the bathroom had a lot of mold, the sink was very old, and the wooden bathroom door was falling apart. The AC was broken, and the blankets and bed sheets weren't washed properly, so they smelled bad.

The location was superb, yet the mattress in room 14 was uncomfortable because you could feel the springs, and the TV had no remote. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, reported the issues multiple times, but no solution was provided, so we couldn't enjoy watching TV.

The rooms were big, but the TVs weren't working and the AC remote was missing.

The place is on calle Crisologo and within walking distance to Plaza Salcedo, but the locks in the family room, the main door, and the toilet door were not secure and some were broken, needing repair.
