The room was basic. The towel, toiletries, and cleaning were not very thorough.

I booked a comfortable place with a kitchen at a good price, not a luxury. The kitchen isn’t in every room, even though it’s listed as a service. When we arrived we struggled to reach the host; he never answered the phone even though we had set a time. Later we had another issue that required contacting him again, and he didn’t return our call for an hour and never called back. The entrance to the villa smells strongly of mold. The room feels unsanitary and unsafe: dust everywhere, non‑standard electrical outlets, loose door hinges that could hit your head, and a curtain rod strap that might snap at any moment. Even though the price is low, some minimum standards should be met.

The spot’s convenient for both parks and beaches. The place was dirty, no towel rack, and the kitchenette lacked a fridge with a freezer compartment.

The host was available. Almost everything could be improved: the cleanliness was practically nonexistent, walls were peeling from a past flood and never restored, there was no bidet, sheets and towels were unsuitable, and there was no coat rack.
