The staff are polite, smiling, and always ready to help. The hotel sits right on the beachfront with direct beach access without leaving the premises. Both the hotel and surrounding area are clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and towels and bathrobes are changed regularly. Special thanks to the kitchen staff—the menu is more varied than at many hotels we’ve stayed at. There are no obvious drawbacks.

We had an amazing family stay at GRIFID Noa. The hotel is beautiful, modern and exceptionally clean, and the staff were always kind, welcoming and helpful. The food was excellent, fresh and incredibly varied, with plenty of options for both adults and children. We especially loved all the facilities for kids, the activities and the heated swimming pools, which our children enjoyed so much. The atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly, and the level of service and hospitality throughout the hotel was outstanding. We truly felt that a lot of care and attention was given to every detail. There was honestly nothing significant that we disliked. We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end

Griffid Noa has a very attractive design, an excellent private‑pool suite, and some genuinely luxurious elements, but these positives weren't enough to offset shortcomings in service, food, pool temperatures, and overall consistency. The private‑pool suite was definitely the highlight: modern, spacious, tastefully designed, with a large terrace and a heated private pool—by far the strongest aspect for me. I also really liked the lobby, which feels luxurious, modern, and very well designed, with tasteful décor and attention to detail. I want to give special thanks to Deyan, the manager; I had several requests during my stay where the reception staff initially didn't pay sufficient attention to my concerns, but everything changed once Deyan got involved. He was professional, polite, helpful, and, most importantly, knew how to handle guests and resolve issues properly; without his intervention, my overall rating of the hotel would probably have been significantly lower. The cocktails were also inconsistent; their quality seemed to depend heavily on which bar you ordered from and who happened to prepare them. The pastry selection was another disappointment—it was available only during certain hours, and day after day the same cakes and pastries seemed to be offered. I have to compare this with HVD Reina del Mar, where the pastry section was available from morning until late and the selection changed regularly, with considerably more variety. First of all, I should mention that the overall concept of Griffid Noa is simply not my preferred type of resort. It is essentially a large, apartment‑style building with the pool and sea immediately around it. Personally, I much prefer resorts spread across larger grounds, with more space, greenery, and a genuine resort atmosphere—this is obviously a matter of personal preference rather than a fault of the hotel. My biggest disappointment was the food: I found it repetitive, sometimes bland, and lacking the variety I would expect from a hotel of this category. I have to smile when I remember some reviews criticizing the food at HVD Reina del Mar while praising Griffid Noa's food. Based on my own experience, I found it to be exactly the opposite. The pools were okay, but nothing particularly impressive, and they were often very crowded. The children’s pool was practically unusable because the water was simply too cold. The infinity pool on the upper floor is beautiful from a design perspective, but again, the water was far too cold to be comfortably usable. I honestly don't understand the concept. A pool at that height is particularly exposed to wind, so water temperature becomes even more important. We are not in the UAE, where you can rely on strong sunshine almost all day to heat the water. The result was that the infinity pool was almost empty for most of the day, especially on windy or cloudy days. What is the point of having such a beautiful pool if guests can comfortably use it for only a very limited part of the year? What makes this even more puzzling is that the private pools attached to the suites are heated, while the infinity pool is not. The contrast is difficult to understand from a guest's perspective.

The hotel is very nice, with good facilities, a great location, and a very good all‑inclusive system that includes food and drinks. It has a variety of restaurants, bars, and leisure areas, and the beach is very clean with plenty of sunbeds. The restaurant and bar staff are very friendly, always happy to help. Although the hotel's policy says the bed sheets are changed every day, our room had the sheets changed after 4 days of stay when we requested it because many days had passed. I was not OK that I had to request for the sheets to be cleaned and the reception told me they already did the job, when clearly they hadn't. It was extremely noisy, with people playing loud music until 4 in the morning right below our window, drinking and shouting, and the hotel staff didn't do anything to make them respect the sleeping hours and the other clients in the hotel. A lot of team buildings were done during our stay and we had a very hard time sleeping, having to personally tell the party people to shut up because the hotel staff didn't intervene at all. I personally asked the reception to help, but nobody did anything and the noise was made every night. I understand the alcohol and fun, but on the official paper we received from the reception, the hotel specifically says that after 11 o'clock at night, people must respect the sleeping hours. It was not the case and they were left to do whatever they wanted, partying and drinking without limits. It really affected our stay and I felt I had no support from the hotel staff, who just said I was right and moved on, without even a "sorry".
