“foi muito boa!”
The location, the excellent breakfast, the shower, the room size, and the bed were all great. The hotel is very large and old, with some doors patched crudely, which clashes with the building’s style.

The location was good and the king-size bed was very comfortable. The pool area was nice, though it needs improvements. All staff were very polite and helpful, and WhatsApp communication worked well. The hotel is old and very large, requiring urgent renovations. I stayed on the first floor (the only floor without a balcony). The shower didn’t heat; it was only room‑temperature water, a problem reported by other guests at the same event. There were nasty little filth coming from the shower holes due to poor cleaning. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, but that wasn’t an issue since I was alone. Room cleaning service is only available if you ask at reception; otherwise, they don’t enter your room. The bed and bath linens were VERY BAD for the price paid—bath towels were awful, like sandpaper; the room only came with a mattress sheet, pillowcases, and a duvet cover. If you want a blanket or a sheet to cover, you must request it. The electrical setup was a mess: the outlet near the bed only worked if the nearby switch was on, meaning you could only charge your phone at night if the room light stayed on. Breakfast was VERY WEAK and only ran until 9 am on weekdays (10 am on weekends). The worst part: on one night, three tiny spiders appeared in my room (one on the bed). I think there was a nest somewhere inside.

The service was excellent, the rooms were large, the shower was great, and the breakfast was wonderful. The building is old, has many rooms, and some parts of the rooms are patched roughly, such as the bathroom and entry doors.

The pool area and the comfortable bed were positives. The linen looked dirty and had no pleasant smell, and the floor in the room was cloudy.

The location was great. However, the hotel was very noisy because a bar/club played live music until the early morning, making it hard to sleep. We never had the room cleaned during our three nights.
