The condos were quiet and clean and the staff were great, yet the area itself isn’t great—driving to the Palms made me uneasy, the surroundings look old and unappealing, but I was very impressed with how nice the Palms Place itself is.

It’s just a typical casino. Smells like smoke and chemicals. Room was old and not as good as the pic. Sorry not much

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly, but the pool was closed even though it was listed as open at 15:00 on a Saturday.
