“Missing curtains in the family room”
The spot was great and the parking was convenient, but the room fell short of any 4‑star expectations: one window lacked curtains, the curtain rails were broken and had fallen off, and there were no bed‑sheets—just a mattress cover that made us uneasy. We also weren’t told about the dressing robes or slippers for the sauna at check‑in. The bright light through the uncovered window kept us up for two nights, so I hope the hotel fixes the missing curtains soon for future guests.

Clean, beautiful mountain views on Malbun village, but the drive up the steep road is a bit of a challenge.

The location was fantastic, the staff were incredibly friendly, our dog was welcomed, the breakfast was excellent, and I especially loved the butter dispenser and jam machine—so sustainable. The buffet had very few single‑use containers, which was a big plus.

Beautiful large clean hotel, spacious room with a good bed, very friendly staff, extensive breakfast buffet, own parking, next to the atmospheric center. We have already stayed at this hotel several times.
It’s in the city centre, but the breakfast crowds were overwhelming and the parking garage feels outdated.
