How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great and the villa offered good value, but the main pool was unusable the whole week because the filter seemed broken, even though a pool was advertised for the complex.

The villa itself was lovely, with a private pool and a very spacious, comfortable bed; I enjoyed the welcome drink and daily fresh bottled water, and the staff were all friendly. The safe in the room worked well, and the spot was convenient for walking to local shops and cafes, especially Cafe Kami, whose food was excellent. However, the main pool behind the property was in poor condition and unusable, and the villa’s kitchenette had only a mini cooktop and very few utensils, so I couldn’t cook anything and couldn’t find sharp knives to cut fruit.

Nothing positive to mention; everything was bad—no hot water, no cooking facilities, dirty, smelly, disgusting. We left as soon as we could find a better place and sent an email asking for a refund, but have not heard back.

2nd time at The Gardens, great location, close to shops and restaurants. Waian and the staff are very accommodating and no request too much for them. Would certainly stay there again
