The location is fantastic, the hotel is exceptional, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is served at the bar and is extra, but they make real coffee with a real barista! I had been dreaming of an Italian espresso since I arrived.

The beds were uncomfortable, it was just a hotel with nothing special, and for the price it should have been nicer.

The location was accommodating and the staff were apologetic. Early Sunday morning there was noise from construction and repair of the hotel's elevator next to my room, which was unacceptable. The manager was sympathetic, apologetic, and agreed to compensate my room, which was a fair and appreciated solution.

The facilities were very clean and the staff friendly. It was a little far from our destination but close to the highway and restaurants. Nothing.
