A peaceful setting, only a 5‑minute drive from Locorotondo. The family room was roomy with one double bed and a second bed, breakfast was shared in the house with occupants of the second room, the pool and terrace were lovely, and the pastry shop had excellent morning treats. The front‑desk staff didn’t live on site, so we got contact details and check‑in instructions via WhatsApp; breakfast was pre‑prepared on the table and in the fridge, but the bread and butter were insufficient for two nights for four people—adolescents ate like adults.

Good location, though a bit out of the way, very friendly staff at both check‑in and check‑out, the room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The coffee machine makes the brew too watery, almost like barley, and the hot‑water supply drops off after a while—maybe the tank is too small. It’s not a criticism, just a suggestion; if I return I’ll book again without hesitation.

The property is well maintained and the staff goes the extra mile, like offering pastries for breakfast. The environment upon arrival felt cold and damp, indicating that no one is around in winter.
