The mixed onsen is a real highlight, and it's great that you can simply buy the appropriate clothes at the convenience store. Overall, the hotel is fairly good and the price is quite reasonable. I expected better quality in the furniture and bedding; a small refresh would be a plus.

23:30と遅い時間に着く予定にも関わらず嫌な顔一つせずチェックインさせて頂きました。ご対応ありがとうございました。 過去バイクのツーリングと横手山ヒュッテ宿泊時に日帰りでの温泉室を利用させて頂いた経験から今回ホテル選びをしました。 素泊まり４名＋露天風呂の利用も出来て12,000円程度だったのでこれよりコスパの良い宿も中々ないと思います。

The hot spring water quality is great, but the hotel overall feels old. The toilet floors weren’t cleaned well and I found hair from the previous night’s guests on the floor, which was disappointing. The buffet sometimes runs short on side dishes, forcing me to gather what’s left before it’s gone.

The meals are a standard buffet; nothing extravagant, but the staff regularly restock, so it doesn’t feel lacking. Overall, it’s a good hot spring hotel. The only downside is the old facilities, and the warm‑colored lighting can make the rooms feel dim.
