“Great location and shuttle service.”

The location and the shuttle bus to and from the airport were the highlights for us, especially with a 5am flight. The staff were very accommodating. The room was basic but functional, and we appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks. The place feels a little tired, but I would still recommend it for anyone with an early flight.

“Yuck”

Close to the airport. Rude staff. Contacted them as per instructed for the airport pick up. Was told van was full and then they hung up. Then got a text to say van was there and I was booked on and they managed to fit me in. Bag was nearly taken when we arrived at reception by someone who wandered off with it. Staff did not help just stood there. I ran up to the person and got the bag back. Room was dark full grey stuffy and although non smoking - stank of cigarette smoke. Could open then curtains but then everyone passing by can see straight into the room as no sheers or privacy drapes. Everything old and dated and rooms not very inviting for the cost. They do give you a 1/2 bottle of wine crisps and mini chocolates and water complimentary. Rooms are noisy as you can constantly hear people dragging their bags across the gravely drive says at all times and depending on position cars coming and going. Would not recommend unless like us you need a place close to the airport as you are leaving the next morning
