I was forced to cancel my reservation because the hotel handed my room over to someone else and never offered a solution; I suspect it was because I booked at a promotional rate.

“Excelente hospedaje, buena relación calidad/precio”

The layout was ideal, the two air conditioners were a bit too strong for those of us not used to the heat, the bathrooms and overall facilities were very clean and presentable. The jacuzzi was perfectly placed, spacious, and comfortable for someone 1.85 tall. The staff were punctual, preparing the jacuzzi when requested (you must ask two hours in advance). Taxis were conveniently located. Everything was very comfortable and tidy overall. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Montañita, so if you want to go there you’re almost forced to take a taxi or drive, but that also means you can sleep without the nightlife noise. Parking spaces could use a bit of improvement.

It’s a super quiet spot, perfect if you want to rest away from the bustle yet stay close to the party scene. The beach is very clean and there are lounge chairs to relax on. I went with my 4‑month‑old baby and everything was very cozy and welcoming. The only issue might be the arrival path; I hope it gets better soon.

“Inolvidable”

Everything was great: the hot tub, the sun door, the modern vibe, and the activities in the courtyard. All of it was liked.
