The suite is modern, clean, comfortable, and inviting. Alessandro is warm and helpful, offering great recommendations. The suite is on the 5th floor with an elevator but has no balcony. Parking is a few minutes away in a city parking lot that costs 23 euros per day. Breakfast is in the room: a coffee machine, milk, sugar, jam, Nutella, kettle, Pago, and yogurt are provided, and a tray of croissants is set out each morning as described. Everything else is fine.

“Excelente apartamento em Bologna”

Um apartamento reformado, moderno, com quarto muito bem equipado com frigobar, máquina de café Nespresso, Aerochino e chaleira. A reserva inclua um café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso: encontramos um frigobar com garrafas d'agua, sucos, yogurt, refrigerante e um espumante; além disso havia cápsulas de café, saches de chá, geleias, Nutella e, toda a manhã, era deixado na porta 4 croissants fresquinhos e saborosos com um pote frutas diversas picadas. Não podemos deixar de elogiar a excelente recepção do Alessandro que nos orientou sobre o apartamento, a cidade e local para estacionamento (público pago a 10 minutos do local). O apartamento não possui estacionamento e o mais próximo é a 10 minutos ( que com chuva é complicado). Falta uma vaga mais próxima. O apartamento está a 20 minutos a pé do centro histórico. Não é muito para quem gosta de andar, mas se a pessoa tiver problemas de locomoção, é difícil

“Sehr saubere, hervorragend betreute Unterkunft in guter Lage – unkompliziert, aufmerksam und rundum angenehm.”

Alessandro welcomed us personally, showed us everything, and was easy to reach via WhatsApp throughout our stay. He also gave a useful tip for a nearby parking spot. The place was exceptionally clean, and the historic center is about a 10–15 minute walk away. We especially liked the large bathroom with two sinks. Every morning, four fresh croissants were placed outside our door. The room also had a coffee machine, tea, and a small, well-stocked fridge for free use. All in all, very attentive and well organized. Nothing was lacking for our stay; everything fit perfectly.
