The location is great, but the second room feels a bit cramped.
It’s located in the center yet still a quiet spot; however, the bedrooms are very small, the beds are ultra‑slim, and when using the shower or washing machine water spills onto the floor.
We received a clean, comfortable apartment with all the necessary accessories, but upon arrival we discovered the building was already occupied by other renters; only after contacting the owner’s agent were we assigned a different unit. They promised a 15 % discount for the inconvenience, but the owners never honored that promise.
