The One-Bedroom Chalet has an outdoor dining area and outdoor furniture, along with a seating area and dining table indoors. “Fun, well equipped cabins, near the airport!”
The cabins were fun and had everything you need for an overnight or several‑day stay, the bar/restaurant served good food, and the location was very close to Stansted Airport.
The location was excellent, the lodge was very clean with first‑class facilities, and the staff were friendly as always. I didn’t have a meal there this time because the cost was quite pricey and the portions didn’t justify it.

The lake view, water fountain, and cabin were great, but the plane noise was a nuisance.

It was very enjoyable, beautiful, and fully equipped with an outdoor seating area. The facility was very clean and well maintained. As described, it is noisy due to the nearby airport, which we knew beforehand from the description, so no penalty.

The cabins are beautiful-the view, the layout-all was pretty perfect Staff were friendly, helped with our food order and we had a free glass of Prosecco as we were celebrating (thank you Amy!). Few cobwebs in cabin, stains on sofa Our biggest let down was breakfast. The floor under our table was dirty, Tiny plates with cold mushrooms. My poached egg was hard and no one checked in on us to see if all was ok
