We had a fond memory from a few years ago and wanted to recreate it by booking a suite for a special occasion, but it was a real disappointment. The room wasn’t heated, nor was the bathroom; it was 18 °C. We expected a bathtub but got a shower, and it was so cold we never felt like taking a shower! The bedside lamp didn’t work. Given the price, we expected better. On the bright side, the staff were very pleasant and took our comments seriously. The in‑room breakfast was very good (except the turkey ham had an odd taste) and our requests were met. The bedding was also high quality. It’s a shame the cold ruined our stay.
