The stay was incredibly comfortable, clean and cozy, and the location was great. Being just a 5–10 minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station made everything very convenient.

The place had a very good location and great value. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable—I’m very particular about beds. I just wish there had been a folding table or something similar for eating; it might be a bit small for multiple travelers, but it was perfect for me alone.

The bathroom and toilet were spotless, and the room was extremely cosy and quiet. A supermarket, a pharmacy that also sells some food, and various eateries were all within a five‑minute walk. However, finding the building was a bit hard because the Google Maps pin was inaccurate; I walked an entire block to locate the correct building that matched the photo from the booking. There was no Wi‑Fi when I arrived around 7 pm, and when I messaged the contact at 9 pm, the reply came after 10. I had a cold and slept poorly. The checkout time is listed as 10–11, so when I was preparing to leave, the maintenance lady arrived at 10; being more precise could prevent future confusion.
