The hotel’s spot near Bugis Street Markets is excellent and getting to the airport via the subway is a breeze. We asked for a quiet daytime room between flights, and they gave us a windowless room that stayed dark and cozy during the day. The bed was super comfy, the AC worked well, and we slept great, though the room had a slight musty smell from moisture in the bathroom cubicle. When we arrived at 8 am, there were no staff at reception, so we had to download a special phone app and snap photos of our passports to unlock the room. Using your own smartphone as a key was a bit tricky and I would have preferred a more straightforward check‑in.
