The location was fine, but the room was untidy: the commode in the toilet was broken, the bed spreads and pillow covers were unchanged and dirty on all the cots, the split AC didn't work, cupboards were broken, there was no dusting, doors were broken, floors weren't swept, and overall it was a very bad experience. We arrived late and had no choice but to stay, then leave early the next day; we couldn't take pictures because we were so upset.

The hotel's location is a major plus, and the atmosphere is pleasant, but the restaurant really lets it down. The food is subpar, with the same curry being served for both dinner and breakfast. To make matters worse, the restaurant staff is often short-handed, leading to a lack of service.

Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in almost every area. The rooms are dirty and unclean, with mattresses that are filthy and infested with bed bugs. The taps don't provide proper water, and the TV doesn't work. It's a real disappointment.
